課程概述

This course is to prepare students for both undergraduate and advanced degrees with basic knowledge of innovation management, process, environment and systems. The knowledge and skills learned from the class will allow students to relate social behaviors with their interdisciplinary training. The results can greatly enhance their ability to address any future challenge through implementing innovation and lead to personal contributions to the society as a whole.  

課程目標
a.) Contents include definition of innovation, type of innovation, capture customer needs, understand of problem, think outside of box, manage risk, how to innovate, collaboration, create climate for innovation, build the culture, idea generation principles, idea selection, recognition and rewards.
b.) Students are encouraged to work as team preferably from different functional discipline and report the status of the assigned projects.
